Yes, we ship to more than 200+ countries around the world!

However please be aware that we may have issues delivering to countries in remote areas.

You will be notified via email if cannot ship to your country and will provide a full refund.

For all orders that are placed, please advise that we undergo a processing/inspection period before shipping your item(s) out.

Within this period of time, we thoroughly inspect the quality of the goods to make sure everything is in proper order and of maximum quality, before we prepare to package and ship your order. 

Below are the estimated times of completion for the processing/inspection period:

Domestic (United States): 3-5 Business Days

International (Everywhere Else): 4-7 Business Days

Once this period is complete, we will then ship out your order and you will receive an email with tracking information.

Below are general estimated delivery times from shipment:

Domestic (United States): 2-3 weeks

International (Everywhere Else): 2-4 weeks

If you need to cancel or make any changes with your order, it is your responsibility to contact us the same day the order is placed.

We process all orders for shipment the very next business day and it may be impossible to cancel or make any changes once it has undergone this process.

We cannot guarantee any cancellation or changes to your order if you contact us any time beyond the same day you have placed your order.

It also your responsibility to ensure you enter your shipping and billing information correctly. We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to a mistake in the shipping address. However, we can definitely always work out a solution to have a replacement sent to the proper address at a reduced cost to preserve customer satisfaction.

Returns

We will issue out refunds to customers who want to return items (at the cost of shipping), if the item arrives damaged/defective, or if the item is never received.

On rare occasions, we may have to cancel and refund orders due to a shortage of supply, or if there is a problem with shipping the item to a certain destination.

When you request a refund and we deem it necessary, we will usually process the refund immediately.

How it can typically take anywhere  between 3-10 business days for your bank statement to show the refund amount.

Please also note that refund times may vary depending on the investigation of your return if we request further details to prove your claim.
